items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

if there is a quality issue with your order, please contact support@meaux.studio with your order number and photos of the item. depending on the issue, a replacement or refund may be provided.

custom, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
